Our Challenge
Hub Australia sought to strengthen its sustainability strategy but faced challenges in consolidating and managing emissions data across multiple locations. They needed an integrated approach to measure, reduce, and offset emissions while engaging members climate action.
Our Goal
The primary goal was to develop a comprehensive carbon management strategy, ensuring compliance with Climate Active certification while supporting long-term emission reductions. This included:
- Implementing a centralised platform to track and manage emissions.
- Creating a reduction plan tailored to Hub Australia’s operations and co-working model.
- Developing a carbon offset strategy with high-integrity projects aligned with organisational objectives.
- Preparing for future climate disclosure reporting (expected 2027/28).
